Knowing where to head to zone out and get some work done is of the utmost importance in the city that never sleeps. New York City - the home to so many freelancers, entrepreneurs, aspiring actors, musicians, models and thousands of college students, has a coffee culture unlike any other American city.
Today I thought I would show a little love to one of my new found favorite places to head to get some work done: Why Not Coffee on Orchard Street.
This place has all of the elements for success, which is why I have never walked in to find any more than 2-3 seats available in the large space which holds around 70 people comfortably, with their own tables, outlets to plug laptops into, free high-speed wifi, and vibrant yet not overpowering music keeping the creative energy flowing.
THE COFFEE: brewing one of the BEST out there, BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE. Available milk options include soy and almond.
THE PASTRIES: brought fresh daily from NYC's own Mille-feuille West Village bakery.
Live downtown and looking for an escape from your little slice of Manhattan apartment life? Head to WHY NOT COFFEE ON ORCHARD!
